Past Pupil Mr. Michael Walsh returns to the school to tell us what school was like 60 years ago. Mr. Walsh attended the “Old Firoda School”. He brought in one of the old slates that children used for writing on. There were no copies in those days. When you were finished writing you cleaned the chalk off with your sleeve.
