Firoda School had great success in the recent Credit Union Quiz held in Castlecomer Community School. In the Senior section our team of Lauren Power, Liam Doyle, Luca Downey and Tommy Coogan came second while in the Junior section our team of James Coogan, Kian Holohan, Kian O’ Donovan and Eoin Nolan took the top prize. Well done to both teams and well done indeed to all our other participants who enjoyed a great evening of fun. We thank the organizers who for the last many many years have hosted this excellent evening of entertainment for all the local primary schools.
